The breakfast at this beach-adjacent location was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, helping with transport and organizing our visit to Udawalawe. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a kitchen, providing an incredible amount of space. The beach nearby was peaceful and serene, the perfect escape from the noise. The facilities were simple, yet provided everything we needed. The staff's hospitality, especially Sarath and Lahl, was truly amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!

The breakfast each morning was delicious, and we loved sitting outside our room surrounded by trees. We also appreciated the assistance in organizing tours and airport transfers. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is great, just a few steps from the beach but far enough away to avoid any noise. You can really relax and enjoy your time here. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of fresh fruits, toast, and three types of fried eggs.

The bathroom facilities are not great, and the Wi-Fi can be intermittent inside the rooms.

We had an incredible time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach with easy access to bars and restaurants. We especially loved the nearby Black and White Cafe, where we had some of the best food on our trip. The staff at this hotel were friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They even arranged a driver/guide for us to explore the hill country, and he was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning at our preferred time. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel offered clean rooms with a lovely family-run atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to providing information about the surrounding area. the hotel was located just a few steps from the beach which made exploring the area very easy.

The hotel felt slightly overpriced compared to other similar accommodations in the area. Although the breakfast offered was good, it did not vary and the cafe area seemed underutilized.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel close to the beach with comfy beds, nice bathroom, and great amenities like air conditioning, fan, and mosquito net. The staff was attentive and even arranged affordable tours. Location couldn't be better right on Unawatuna beach.

Wow, what a fantastic holiday! I had such a great time at this beachfront accommodation. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from arranging tuk-tuks to cooking delicious local food. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and lots of nearby places to eat. The room was clean and the air conditioning was a godsend. I also really appreciated the laundry service they provided - so convenient!

The room was a bit small, but the bathroom made up for it with its spaciousness. I was also a bit disappointed that there was no complimentary drinking water provided, but that's a minor issue.
